The Oculus Beer Garden recently reopened for the 2022 season at Westfield World Trade Center, with exciting new food and beverage offerings, expanded operations, and sweeping views of the iconic Oculus designed by Santiago Calatrava, and One World Trade Center, the tallest building in the United States.
Located at the corner of Church and Vesey Streets in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District, Oculus Beer Garden guests can enjoy local craft beers, wines from upstate vineyards, and artisanal light bites, while admiring New York City’s most Instagramable views and the garden’s huge vibrant mural by world-famous street artist, Eduardo Kobra.
“We are thrilled to reopen the Oculus Beer Garden and welcome visitors back to one of Manhattan’s most vibrant outdoor food and drink venues,” said Marco Maldonado, General Manager of Westfield World Trade Center. “The new menu and return to pre-pandemic capacity makes it’s the
perfect rendezvous for after-work Happy Hour drinks, tranquil weekend afternoons, or a sightseeing stop, all conveniently located in the heart of Lower Manhattan.”
The Oculus Beer Garden food menu features light-bites and bar snacks such as grilled cheese, hummus, and Bavarian pretzels. New tastes this season include NYC’s own Schaller & Weber Cheddar Bratwurst and Hotdog, and a BLT with thick cut bacon, lettuce, sliced tomato, chipotle mayonnaise served on a pretzel bun.
Throughout the 2022 season, the Oculus Beer Garden will present live music every other week beginning April 21 and featuring local artists including Dueling Pianos, Shake, Rattle & Roll, and The Suyat Band.
