Each and every day we are thankful for our partners and employees at our airports across the country. This Thanksgiving, our team at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD) had the opportunity to personally thank those who work in Terminal 5 with a special luncheon.
The team hosted more than 370 employees for a Thanksgiving luncheon on Nov. 20 and 21 which was catered by our Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) partner, Goddess and Grocer. The luncheon was held at the airport giving all employees a chance to come enjoy some delicious food.
Employees were treated to a traditional Thanksgiving meal with turkey, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, roasted vegetables, stuffing, pasta salad, Ceasar salad, pumpkin, and pecan pie. It was a delicious meal that was enjoyed by all who attended.
Plus the employees enjoyed a selfie station complete with Thanksgiving props, a banner to write what they are thankful for, music and most importantly, lots of laughter!
