Now Leasing: New Opportunities at LAX

Two new leasing opportunities are available now at LAX Terminals 1 and 2. Proposals are due by July 7, 2022.

In partnership with LAWA, we’re excited to announce two new retail leasing opportunities at LAX Terminals 1 and 2.

The first space, located in Terminal 1 arrivals pre-security, is fit for a branded convenience concept offering value-priced food and beverages, prepared, and grab-and-go items. The second space, located in Terminal 2 departures post-security, is suitable for a specialty retailer that can offer a single recognizable brand or a “shop-in-shop” multi-brand retail. To better serve today’s socially conscious consumers, we also challenge bidders to deliver innovative concepts that highlight a commitment to sustainability and positive social impact.
